The Hives, Dari Garage Rock ke Dance Rock!

Aih, nih band bener2 asik. Lagunya bertempo cepet dan penuh nada-nada yang bikin semangat (terlepas dari liriknya lho…^^). Yang lom tau nih band, band ini berasal dari Swedia. Mengusung genre Garage Rock, mereka melepas album pertamanya tahun 1997, berjudul Barely Legal. Berikut discography mereka:

Selain album di atas, mereka juga merilis album kompilasi the best of kalo ga salah tahun 2001 ato 2002. Judul albumnya Your New Favourite Band.

Menurut gw, di album mereka yang baru ini lagu mereka makin asik-asik. Meskipun mereka bilang bahwa genre mereka di album ini adalah dance rock, tapi masih ada unsur garage rock-nya sedikit. Asik lah pokoknya.
